Unacceptable Conduct
True Kingdom is a community of players from around the world. You the player have an active voice in how the community is managed. By use of the Grievance option you can shape the community in which you participate. Use your power to lodge grievances judiciously. Misuse or abuse of grievances can cause you to lose the ability or even get yourself banned. You may lodge a grievance against any player acting against the game community. This could include but not be limited to rules violations, disruptive actions such as message flooding, hacking, or other abusive activity.
Please Note: Even if a player abides by all the rules they may be banned if a large number of their fellow community members lodge a grievance against them. Play well, have fun, but be considerate and act responsibly.
Automated Play
Use of programs, macros, scripts, or any other form of automation is prohibited. Players discovered using such mechanisms will be immediately removed without notice or explanation and forfeit any and all acquistions and accomplishments.
Excessive/Abusive Use
Numerous attempted log-ins per day, very large number of pages views, or any other excessive type activity well beyond normal game play may result in your account being locked/deleted and/or IP blocked, without notice or explanation.
More Than One Account / Alt Accounts
Only one account per player is allowed. Only one account per unique IP address is allowed. Each player must have a unique IP address. Using any form of multiple/alternate accounts will result in the banning (immediate account deletion without notice or explanation) and possible IP blocking. This means that as an individual you may only have one account and only one account may be used per IP address. No exceptions.
It's realized that there are a lot of genuine players behind a single IP, whether it be at home, office, or university. Unfortunately, there is neither the time, resources, nor capability to determine who is genuine and who is not. The one account per IP address policy prevents unscrupulous players from readily creating multiple accounts.
Violation of this rule may result in immediate removal of all related accounts without notice.
Site Abuse
Abuse of this site by hacking, denial of service attacks, flooding, probing, or any other types of abuse will result in the immediate banning of all related accounts and full details and records will be passed on to law enforcement authorities in the offender's legal jurisdiction.
Any type of cheating may result in all involved accounts being locked or removed.
Exploiting game faults, or other game flaws to gain unfair advantage is prohibited and may result in immediate account removal. Please report any bugs or flaws as soon as they are discovered.
Miscellaneous
IP addresses may be blocked at anytime to prevent abuse. If you use an IP address(es) that may be used by others(for example a service such as AOL) and they are abusive then the IP address or range of IP addresses may be blocked and you may lose access to your account permanently without notice. The only way to insure against this is to use an IP address that is used by you and you alone.
Use of any type of proxy is not permitted. Accounts which use IP addresses that have open relays, open proxies, or other abusable environments may be deleted or blocked without notice or explanation.
Users must be 18 years or older to play.
Accounts are deleted after a period of inactivity. You must log in at least once a month to keep your account from being deleted.
Game play, rules, operation, methods, and processes can change at anytime without notice.
True Kingdom reserves the right to remove, at its sole discretion, any player at any time without notice.
Players may be disqualified from prize winnings or removed from game at True Kingdom's sole discretion.
If prizes are awarded the receiver agrees to pay shipping and handling costs for any such items.
Winner has 14 days after prize is awarded to claim prize. After 14 days prize is forfeited.
Banned/locked/deleted accounts are ineligable to win prizes. Any opportunities a player has to win prizes are forfeited when their account is locked or deleted or their IP address blocked. Players may be banned/locked/deleted at any time without notice at True Kingdom's sole discretion.
